Our Process - How to Call these Paws Yours

Applying for a pup is easy……

Next steps are;

1. Contact us via our “Contact us” tab below and ask for our application form.

2. Fill in the application form and return to me via email : info@kooroorabaygroodles.com

3. I then will call you and chat to ensure we are on the same page as far as what you are looking for in a puppy, confirm your preferences and family dynamics to ensure we get you the right personality fit for you family.

4. If there is a pup or pups in the current litter that fits your preference of sex, colour, coat then we do a video chat on that litter and if your happy to that point, you can then place your application fee securing deposit of $1000.

NOTE: FOR YOUR SECURITY - We will ALWAYS do a Video Connect Chat so you can see the current litter and pups you are looking at adopting PRIOR to asking you to place your application fee securing deposit.

5. From there you are added to our “Litter Group Updates” for regular photos and videos from birth.

6. At 6wks old we encourage you to visit and and sit with us for a 1hr timeslot Appointment to meet pups that fit your application preferences (1-3 Pups depending on preference) and ensure that the pups personality ALSO fits with your family dynamic and that you are happy with your choice of pup. You will also meet us and parent dogs at this time.

7. Vet Day - At 7wks old Pups have “Vet Day” including thorough health checks, microchip, 1st C3 Vaccination, desexing (or Hormone sterilisation @addition cost) and lots of love and attention from Dr Martin Strong and his staff at Motto Farm Veterinary Hospital , Heatherbrea.

8. Final payment is required at this point when pups health is confirmed 

9. Gotcha Day Appointment is confirmed with Transport and flights organised (if required @ additional costs)

10. Final Transfer paperwork is emailed for signing.

11. GOTCHA DAY - You collect your pup to take home (or transported as preorganised) . This is generally at 8-9wks old. Delayed collection is @additional costs  

12. Ongoing 24/7 support available 

13. Final online transfer is completed 1wk after pup is home and settled.
